If you’re a new customer and want to send us your ​proof of prior insurance, proof of homeownership, and/or pictures of your car for policy discounts, you can send them to underwriting@windhaven.com. Please include your name and policy number.

If you’re sending us photos from a claim, the fastest way to do so is via our app. You can also send them to claims@windhaven.com along with your name and claims number.

Please note the claims@windhaven.com email address isn’t acceptable for demand submission or service of process. They will not be accepted. No attorney letters, of any kind, will be processed in this email. Please instead send directly to the assigned adjuster.
